Individuals who aim big and dream big are the ones who achieve big. But is dreaming big enough? Not at all; along with dreaming big, taking risks is the most important thing when it comes to achieving something big. Many positive outcomes are possible with taking risks, including increased earnings, enhanced decision-making abilities, and enhanced confidence; however, a significant proportion of people seem to think that taking the risk can be too risky, and they could end up getting failure. For those people, all that’s left to do is get a job and coast till retirement. Every single successful person in human history has one thing in common: they take risks everyday.
Tushar is a good example of this kind of person; he took a risk, and as a result, he is now the CEO of his own firm. But did he stop here? Absolutely not; despite this, he is working hard to develop himself and become a better person. TusharKansal is happily married to Pooja Kansal. Pooja is a career Investment Banker herself, having headed the Capital Markets division (North India) for Axis Capital, the numerouno Investment Bank in India and also having led the Project Finance division at SBI Capital Markets. They have two kids together – son Aryav and daughter Aradhya.
