Here we sit down with Nicole, to know a bit more about her journey as an entrepreneur.

Q. What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

Nicole: I’ve always been interested in my client’s businesses and what makes the founders excited. I’m fortunate to be able to own a successful business.

Q. How did you get started?

Nicole: I was a lawyer for many years and developed close relationships with many clients. Many of my clients encouraged me to take the plunge and start my own law firm. It was a huge compliment and gave me the confidence to establish my own business.

Q. What was your biggest startup challenge? What steps did you take to overcome it? What did you learn?

Nicole: I was fortunate to have a client call me for legal advice on the day that we opened. Since then, the firm has grown from strength to strength.

Q. What is the Most Memorable Thing You’ve Done Since you Started your Business?

Nicole: I always get a ‘buzz’ when our clients win a matter or achieve great results.

Q. What is one book you recommend, and why?

Nicole: I love reading autobiographies because everyone has a story and there is so much to learn from everyone’s story.

Q. In terms of legacy, what is the mark you’d like to leave on the world?

Nicole: I would love the world to be a kinder place.

Q. In one sentence, what’s the best advice you’d give to someone just starting out on their entrepreneurial journey?
