Learn Geometric Art From The Best- Clifford Singer

The art industry is changing just like any other profession, and it is all up to the artists’ ability to adapt their work in the best way possible. The realm of art has recently shifted to the modern side, with artists putting modifications into their works, and people love it more than ever. It provides the audience with a sense of reality by allowing them to interact with it in its natural state and enjoy it at the same time.

Clifford Singer, the master of geometric art, is one of many artists that surround us and bless us with their magnificent creative work. Singer is a modern American artist who was born in Great Neck, New York. He is well-known in the art world for his one-of-a-kind and mind-boggling artwork that is entirely based on geometry and mathematics and is inspired by historical events. Here’s all you need to know about his work.

A Reputable Figure in the Art World

Clifford has over 45 years of expertise, which has helped him to succeed at what he does while also inspiring many others via his work. He has made geometric-inspired paintings, sculptures, prints, and front covers and has spoken extensively about his work at the University of Oxford in England. To mention a few, Berkeley, CA, Rice University, TX, and the Bridges Organization.

Singer’s sense of imagination did not come easily, and he fought very hard to obtain it. It is critical to have a general understanding of both fields in order to avoid breaking any rules. To begin with, Singer was a math teacher before entering the art field, so he understands how to stitch two concepts together flawlessly. He was born in the United States and attended Alfred University before beginning his career at the Broome Street loft in New York City’s renowned Soho art district. He also received a signed Artist Certificate from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs from Bess Myerson.

His distinct works have been featured in exhibitions such as the O.I.A., Geometric Abstraction in 1980, Brooklyn Law School; Art & Mathematics 2000, The Cooper Union; and Printed Editions, Art & Mathematics 2022. (virtual exhibition). His work may be found at AT&T, Citibank, New York’s MoMA, the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, the Boca Raton Museum of Art, and many more places.

Exclusive Artwork

One of his most well-known paintings and sculptural works is “Geometrical Clouds,” which depicts a prominent topic in his work and is one of his early poems. In other words, it is the culmination of “50 years of work” and represents a 19th-century Neuberg cubic with flat curvature, as Singer describes it. Perfectionism in all subjects enabled him to carefully create this art piece with a wonderful blend of lines and colors, giving it a unique touch from both an academic and an artistic standpoint.

Clifford Singer is a role model to look up to in the art world if you want to understand not just art but also geometry in its purest form. Once you’ve immersed yourself in his works, there’s no turning back since you’ll be blown away by his inventiveness and ingenuity.
