Here we sit down with Kristina, to know a bit more about her journey as an entrepreneur.

Q. Tell us a little more about your journey as an entrepreneur – how did you get started? What inspired you?

Kristina: So, I have been working since I was about 16 years old. I first fell in love with marketing and sales when I was about eight years old.

The first role I landed was in leadership and customer service because I had the natural skill set to help the team head in the direction that they needed to flow. For the last 14 years or so, I’ve been consulting on and off. In 2018, I started an LLC, and it has turned into a hobby business for me.

It started blowing up about two years ago. I’ve had the privilege of speaking with many business leaders in different verticals and channels, and helping them understand the marketing and sales landscape, as well as understand the process and operational and communication gaps that might need to be bridged.

I’ve also had the pleasure of working with large companies, including Bank of America, Sony, and Ford. So far, it has been a wonderful experience!

Q. What are your long-term goals in business? Paint a vision for the future

Kristina: I have many long-term goals. One of my missions is to help business leaders of all backgrounds, industries, and titles by providing them with creative solutions that not only meet their needs but also provide successful ROI and optimization of systems, tools, and marketing and sales tactics in general.

Q. What motivates you?

Kristina: Bouncing ideas off of other professionals is a big motivator for me. I love understanding the intricate pain points and situations that business leaders are going through to help them find solutions. I also love working with the team that I have in place right now, they’re also a great motivation.

Q. What business-related book has inspired you the most, or, what is your favorite book?

Kristina: I would have to say Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. That book inspired me a lot and I think it helps business professionals develop new thought patterns to change the way they look at money and business success.

Q. What strategies do you use to optimize your performance or mindset?

Kristina: Consistent audits and consistent analysis of the data through detailed reporting and analysis. It’s very important to make sure that the data is working correctly and that its integrity is in place. So, it’s vital to use the right methodologies that provide success in those areas.

When it comes to mindset, I would have to say that it’s an ongoing battle for me, as it is for many of us. The goal for me is to focus on God first and give it my all. I’ve never stopped dreaming, so I recommend that to everyone else. Also, take the time that you need to rest and optimize everything you do in life, not just in business, but also in your personal life.

Q. If you were to write a book about yourself, what would you name it?

Kristina: Success from the challenges. As a business professional and an individual with a full personal life, whether that’s being a mom, fiance, family member, friend, etc., you’re going to face many challenges in life. However, how you perceive those challenges and deal with them makes all the difference.

The way I’ve overcome challenges in the past comes back to the way I’ve responded to them. As a woman, I like to keep things classy, detailed, straightforward, and truthful. When you’re on the road to success and you face challenges, you’re going to have to use good tactics to overcome them. That’s how you’ll reach the success you’re aiming for.

Q. What is one of the best or most worthwhile investments you’ve ever made?

Kristina: Building a business has definitely been the most worthwhile investment I’ve ever made. I’ve separated myself from the employee mindset and I’ve become a leader in my community, which has been an exciting and educational journey. I used to just talk about the way things should be handled and now I’m actually leading a team and teaching them the right way to adopt different strategies. It’s all very exciting!

Q. Where do you see the future in your niche/industry 3-5 years from now?

Kristina: I think that we are going to stray away from the old-school way of doing things and embrace technology, automation, and data a lot more. These things will have a lot more exposure as more and more businesses adopt them. Of course, they must focus on the right technology, the right strategies, and the implementation of the right training for their teams so that their team members understand the tasks and learn how to optimize their own roles regularly and align with the business goals.

Q. What is your ‘one-sentence’ piece of advice you’d like to give to someone who wants to become an entrepreneur, coach, or business owner?

Kristina: If you’re looking to become an entrepreneur, coach, or business owner, the best piece of advice that I could give to you is to reach out to me directly so that we can build a professional relationship. I can provide some upfront strategy tips on how to go about executing your goals and help you align your actions so you can execute those goals.
