Here we sit down with Farshad, to know a bit more about his journey as an entrepreneur.

Q. Tell us a little more about your journey as an entrepreneur – how did you get started? What inspired you?

Farshad: I was working in the corporate world right out of college & got to experience software, manufacturing & consulting. Being inside some incredible companies (including FedEx for consulting) taught me so much about the infrastructure of massive businesses. Fitness has always been a passion of mine, yet I didn’t want to just coach.

Wanted to build a brand & business. Beyond Built hosts retreats, and we will be expanding into apparel & building a gym in the near future.

Q. How do you market your business, and which tactics have been most successful?

Farshad: Instagram, TikTok, YT, Twitter. All organic.

Q. What has been your most satisfying moment in business, and why?

Farshad: Playing the game. We have massive aspirations in building the biggest brand in the fitness space. It’s just a matter of time.

Q. Where do you see the future in your niche/industry 3-5 years from now?

Farshad: Moving much more towards practical application with science. Still, a ways to go before the Keto zealots calm down.

Q. What is one of the best or most worthwhile investments you’ve ever made?

Farshad: Every mentorship we’ve paid for taught us something that moved us forward. Can’t say anything was the best, they’ve all helped tremendously.

Q. Which social media platform are you most bull-ish on in 2023, and why?

Farshad: Twitter. A lot more visibility  opportunities with the platform changes since Elon took over

Q. What business-related book has inspired you the most? Or, What is your favourite book?

Farshad: How To Win Friends & Influence People. Must be read by everyone.

Q. What is your ‘one-sentence’ piece of advice you’d like to give to someone who is just embarking on their entrepreneurial journey?

Farshad: Enjoy the ride.
