Here we sit down with Chloe, to know a bit more about her journey as an entrepreneur.

What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

Chloe: I have always run my own business. As a premium facilitator, I have offered organisations, groups and individual my expertise for over 20 years. Taking a career break to offer my kids the upbringing of excellence, I then relaunched Feral Grace adding more tools and specialisms within the coaching format. I was born to help people transform and turn their pain points into personal or professional expansion. Life is worth living!

How did you get started?

Chloe: Receiving training in the U.S. and U.K., I actually started work in London. My offerings attracted large numbers quickly, leading to work abroad and within the U.K. I now enjoy the majority of my work being online, as it gives me the capacity to work globally. My clients span worldwide from the U.S. and India to Europe and the U.K.

What was your biggest startup challenge? What steps did you take to overcome it? What did you learn?

Chloe: My biggest start-up challenge was juggling my commitment to my family and holding the values of my life intact, whilst using my work to change lives and inspire others. Believe in yourself! I am here to prove that you can have a thriving personal life and step into your leadership professionally in new ways.

What is the most memorable thing you’ve done since you started your business?

Chloe: I love public speaking. I am radical and very maverick. It takes bravery to talk about subjects that challenge people. I make people laugh and then the taboo topics become fun and transformation possible.

This year I was a finalist on The Freedom Awards. I was really happy that my work got such recognition.

What is one book you recommend, and why?

Chloe: I would recommend ‘The Body Keeps The Score” by Bessel Van de Kolk. It really explains a core principle in my work, that when you integrate the events that hold you back, you can step forward.

What are your top 3 favourite online apps, tools or resources and what do you love about them?

Chloe:

In terms of legacy, what is the mark you’d like to leave on the world?

Chloe: I would like people to believe in themselves, for them to have made changes, that they never thought were possible. I would like to have inspired the change makers to be even braver. I would like all those who don’t want ‘ordinary’ to have taken the steps to extraordinary and for my work to have been a part of that.

In one sentence, what’s the best advice you’d give to someone just starting out on their entrepreneurial journey?

Chloe: Start now. It doesn’t have to be perfect. You are allowed to learn.
