Live life with open arms and fully embrace yourself towards healthy aging from the inside out.
What advice would you give your younger self?
To focus on one thing at a time because you can have it all in life, but not all at once.
What would you do with the $40,000?
I started a program called My Heart Wasn’t Ready for people dealing with grief and loss. I would love to open up a wellness center called My Heart Wasn’t Ready where people can have a safe space to start healing from any situation that is causing them so much pain and grief.
