We see you are this powerful, flourishing, refined, business mogul. Tell us about yourself, who is Bria White? And how did you get to be the Bria you are today?

I was born November 2, 1992 in Silver Spring, Maryland. I grew up there and in Clinton, Maryland. My dad grew up in Rockville, Maryland and he attended Rockville High School so he understood how good the schools were and parents wanted me to attend the schools in Montgomery County. I attended Bethesda Chevy Chase High School where I was an athlete. I started playing basketball at a young age and continued all through out college on a full athletic scholarship. When I transferred from Longwood University to the University of Maryland Baltimore County, I had to sit out a year from playing due to NCAA Division I transfer rules. As a result, that allowed me to have one semester still paid for academically, on full scholarship so I started my Master’s Degree.   I graduated from the University of the District of Columbia with two Degrees: a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Homeland Security. After that, I started my entrepreneurial journey. Even though I played basketball, family members and friends always told me I should model and that I have the figure, shape, face, and long legs for it. So I started off getting my name out there on Instagram, going to different events, and meeting people really and it just took off from there. Now, I am an influencer, model, have brand partnerships, and I am in the process of starting my own clothing brand.

You wear so many hats, how do you manage and handle all of these businesses and partnerships?

Business is about solving problems for people and providing value. The interesting thing, however, is when you solve one problem more potential problems arise out of that one problem. Therefore, it’s easy to branch off and delve into other ventures and get your hands in different pots because often times you find so many things are intertwined. For instance, with fashion, people need clothing, brand ambassadors, shoes, new ideas for clothing designs, and stylists. All of these things seem different but are kind of interconnected yet can also serve as different businesses on their own which can in turn, solve many different other problems that many arise for people. I’m also a serial investor and love to invest in many different businesses and ventures. The investments and business partnerships I have made and continue to make, allow me to be around other business minded individuals who have multi-million dollar businesses. As a result of being around these kinds of people I learn and this has helped me grow and scale my businesses. Also, honestly, it’s just getting out there and doing it that’s the best way to learn.

What does success look like to you?

Success for me is being able to come and go as I please, have financial freedom, time freedom, just freedom period. Being able to have complete and total control of my life is what success is to me. I am pretty much at that point, now it’s about scaling my businesses to multi-million to billion dollar businesses. It’s all about going to the next level and surpassing where you were. For me, I set goals to stay on track and to stay focused and grounded to always make sure everything I do is in alignment with what I want to achieve. Success to me is also creating something that I can pass down for generations to come while helping others do the same. I want to leave a positive legacy that far exceeds me when I’m gone. True success to me, is how many people I’ve touched and inspired.

Tell us a little about your clothing brand and some of the ideas behind it.

My clothing brand is still in the beginning stages but what I can say is it will definitely represent me fully. From the styles to the colors and designs, I am going to incorporate all the things I love and fashion in my brand. Through me modeling, the idea of starting my own clothing brand coincided because I thought to myself, here I am wearing brands that other people have made, which is cool, but it would also be much cooler to make my own. I want something that is mine. Something that I created that I can take and make global. The inspiration behind my brand is honestly things I like to wear, bright vibrant colors with spectacular eye catching designs. I really love things that stand out and make you have to look twice. This is what I want to encompass in my brand. I love art of all forms and mediums and I love the expression and freedom it brings. I say that to say, you will definitely be seeing some vibrant and exquisite designs soon so stay tuned. I would urge anyone who wants to keep up with any updates regarding my clothing brand or otherwise, to check out my website and follow my Instagram. I’ll also be posting more updates and content soon on my TikTok as well.
